The combat will appear to you in the fifth round of chapter 14 of the Shinra simulator as part of the “three characters vs. top secret”.
To reach the fifth round you must face Shiva, Fat Chocobo, Leviathan and Bahamut + Ifrit.

Combat strategy against Royal Jewel Prototype and previous rounds
Basically you should focus on the attacks using Cloud and Tifa that focus on attacking the enemy with the weapons that we have described above, and the idea is that we fill the vulnerability bar to the top so that we can do much more damage.
Once you fill in the vulnerability bar of these great bosses, use the strongest abilities of both characters, preferably use Tifa to fill this vulnerability bar and make the strongest attacks with Cloud.
Aeris must focus on healing with all the abilities that we have equipped and must take care of refilling our life as soon as the health bar falls below half, or perhaps some of the enemies could eliminate us at once. The only time during this round where Aeris could intervene is in the fight against Leviathan once it jumps into the air and both Cloud and Tifa are targeting airborne enemies.
Bahamut / Ifrit
At the time of reaching Bahamut it is the most difficult combat of this entire round, not only because he can summon Ifrit when he has half health, but because he has the special ability Megafulgot that deals 9999 points of damage to all three characters. The only way to survive is to fill your vulnerability bar before it reaches the countdown or to have weapons equipped with the Last Chance ability.
Luckily, after using Mega Flare it will go into a cooldown period giving you plenty of time to heal characters. It is recommended that you also use the Aeris Protection Limit to gain great immunity if you have time to charge it.
The idea is that you save the limits of Cloud and Tifa for when Ifrit appears, so you can practically end this invocation at the moment without causing damage.
Although Bahamut will begin his countdown to perform another Megaflare, at that moment you should have weakened him enough and he should not have time.
Royal Jewel Prototype
Now comes the combat with Royal Jewel Prototype, and it is quite easy compared to the previous ones. The best option is to get behind his legs and keep attacking him to fill his vulnerability bar.
His most complicated attack is where he grabs one of the characters leaving him unable to move and then uses another type of attack to hit him indefinitely until he kills him completely. Of course, the only way to stop him is to attack his hand long enough for him to drop the character before he kills him.
Luckily all his attacks are short-range, except for the laser cannon that you can easily see coming. So he tries to keep Aeris a bit away while he takes care of the healing, while Cloud and Tifa hit him with physical attacks more closely. Note that this enemy is also very weak against Lightning, so if you have this ability, don’t be afraid to use it.
