If your mobile has a version of the operating system higher than Android 8, the process is extremely simple. The first step you have to take is send you the certificate from the computer to the mobile. You just have to enter this link and the download will start automatically. Then just click on the file that you have downloaded.

An installation window will open for you. In it, you just have to put the name you want to this root certificate and click OK. By doing so, it will be installed in a few seconds on Android, and then you will be able to install the FNMT digital certificate and use it with your mobile.
