the Memories in Kena: Bridge of Spirits are small optional insights into the history of the characters you are on the trail of.
Every now and then you will discover things left behind – camping equipment or a few tools, for example – that are marked as interactive objects. Click on it and a trail of light will appear that you can follow to a memory.
Put on the mask to watch the short video sequences of the memories. They reveal more about the past of the important characters.

Taro’s memories
First memory
During the mission “Find Rusu” you cross the area at Rusu Mountain.
After the broken bridge and the death zone that follows shortly thereafter, it doesn’t take long before you discover the first of Taro’s memories.
Follow their trail through the area and look at them with the mask on.
Second reminder
Shortly before Rusu’s house you have to cross a broken bridge with the Rott by letting them pull the rope.
Shortly after the bridge you will find a small camp with camping equipment. Click on this equipment.
The trail of memory leads you right in front of Rusu’s house. You can look at them with the mask.
Third memory
During the mission “Taro’s Regret” you have to defeat a mage boss.
Then Rusu removes the barrier in front of the lantern cave. Go to the next area, climb up the handle on the left and keep left at the fork in the road.
You rediscover camping equipment that shows you the way to remember.
With the mask you are a few insights smarter.
Fourth memory
At the fisherman’s shrine in the Forgotten Forest you will find a couple of fishing baskets in one corner.
Click on these baskets and the trail of memory will appear to show you the way.
On the rock just a few meters away you can look at them when you put on the mask.
Adira’s memories
First memory
You can get the first memory on the way to the forge in the fields. Here you will pass this place after a small cave:
Continue working your way down the path to the forge and you will come to this point where a bomb helps and a blossom grows:
Pull yourself up and look to the left at the top to see another flower. It puts you on the lead.
Chase the stones up again while standing up there to get to the other side. Click the hammer here and follow the trail to the memory.
Second reminder
Travel to the fast travel point at the heart of the village. Jump left at the waterfalls and onto the rock platform.
Follow it up to a tree stump on the left side, next to which are some tools. One of your Rott points out this point to you.
Click on the tools and blow up the stones on the left to get to a flower.
Pull up and follow the path to remembrance above.
Third memory
During the mission “Adira’s Love” you will pass this place after removing the corruption in the old well:
Click here on the small pot and you only have to jump once more to be able to enjoy the complete memory.
Toshi’s memories
First memory
On the mask maker’s path during the mission “Toshi’s Fear” you will pass Zaju’s workshop. The first time you have to eliminate some enemies here.
Inside the house, click on the tools on the table and follow the trail of memory outside.
You can look at the memory in front of the door.
Second reminder
In the mission “Toshi’s love” you cross the path of the warrior. You come to this little pond.
Incidentally, there is also ghost mail to be found here. Click on the sculptures by the water and follow the trail of the vision.
When you put on the mask, you will learn what is stored in this memory.
Third memory
During the mission “Toshi’s Regret” you have to sprint up a flight of stairs shortly after it starts before the blown rocks kill you.
Beyond that, the first monster encounter awaits you in this section.
Hop on the ledge and interact with the drawing on the rock, which is easy to see.
Follow the trail to the vision and look at it.
