Assassin’s Creed: Odyssey hit stores last week and Eidos Montreal decided to celebrate the release of the Ubisoft game.
Developed by Ubisoft Quebec, based in Quebec City, just hours from Montreal, Assassin’s Creed: Odyssey is another sample of the talent that works in Canada.
To celebrate the Canadian industry and the two recent high profile games that have come from that country, the studio responsible for Shadow of the Tomb Raider decided to create commemorative art.
In the artwork, which you can see below, Lara Croft and Kassandra (one of the protagonists of Assassin’s Creed: Odyssey) appear side by side, accompanied by a message from Eidos Montreal.
It’s another show of enthusiasm among industry studios, who support other teams in creating new games.
Congratulations to the @AssassinsCreed team on an amazing launch – we can’t wait to play!
(Also Kassandra’s biceps have a very special place in our heart??)
