Boku no Hero wants to liven up the wait for its seventh season with a special episode that promises great fights between UA students

Boku no Hero is one of the most watched anime today, and its sixth season has turned out to be a audience success in 2023. Although its quality has decreased compared to other seasons, the adventures of Deku, Bakugo and company are still some of the best you can see today in terms of shonen.

And although there is still a long way to go for a highly anticipated seventh season, the studio wants to liven up the wait with a special episode in OVA form which will be released next month in different theaters in Japan for a limited time, specifically from October 20 to 26 of this year.

Under the name of Boku no Hero Academia: UA Heroes Battlethis OVA will start with Mirio Togata, better known as Lemillion, presenting a card game to first-year students with the aim of killing time while they wait for them to leave school. However, it seems that this game will be the beginning of an epic battle between the most outstanding heroes of the place, such as Deku, Bakugo or Todoroki.

This OVA will be set before the start of the fifth season of the series, so it will be a time when there was not so much destabilization in superhero society. As for his premiere in the Westit is unknown when it will officially arrive, but seeing the trend that Crunchyroll has followed with this type of content, it is likely that it will arrive on the platform in a few months.
