This week took place the RazerCon 2023, which as its name indicates, is the annual event in which Razer announces new features and products that will hit the market over the coming months. Below these lines you have a summary of everything that has been announced, as well as some observations of interest in case something catches your attention and you want to put it on your wish list.
- New Razer Huntsman V3 Pro keyboards (with a new type of switch)
- Software revisions: Razer Synapse, Razer Chroma and Razer Axon improve
- Razer Fujin chairs with mesh back and seat
- RGB accessories for the room
- Razer x Lamborghini and Razer x Dolce&Gabbana collaborations
Razer’s new peripherals
Personally, I would say the most interesting announcement on the list is the keyboards. Razer has a great history with this type of peripherals, taking into account the ideas and impressions of its fans; and if in the past they conquered me with the addition of the padding mod or the interchangeable switches, in this case the key lies in the new analog optical switch second generation, whose activation range can be altered directly from the hardware and measured with an integrated indicator. You can adjust that range from 0.1 mm to 4 mm—more or less like the legendary Wooting 2 did back in the day—with the addition of the Rapid Trigger function with which the key resets its position instantly.
There are three models on the way, all of them sharing the same functions: they are the Razer Huntsman V3 Pro (289.99 euros), the Huntsman V3 Pro TKL (249.99 euros) and the Razer Huntsman V3 Pro Mini (209.99 euros). All of them plan to go on sale at some point in Octoberso it won’t be long before you can get hold of them and take advantage of them in action games.

At the level of , the renewed applications are also a necessary step forward to say the least: Synapse, the tool from which you adjust the behavior of your peripherals, becomes more elegant, fluid (thank goodness) and comfortable. It is separated from Chroma, which now has a unique space, while Axon, which in case you were not familiar with the topic is an adaptation of Wallpaper Engine to the Razer ecosystem, is re-released as “Axon Create” integrating the support of Leonardo.Ai artificial intelligence to allow you to generate desktop wallpapers from the text you write. You can try it right now, although the new Synapse does not arrive until the end of 2023.
Razer’s “gamer room”
Here’s a tip: by default, the office chairs They are always more recommended than chairs. That said, Razer has taken a cue from the legendary H1 and Diablo Chairs’ own models with its new series of mesh seats, the Fujin chair (699.99 euros) and the Fujin Pro (1199.99 euros). The first is available immediately, while the second will take until later this year. Beyond the new breathability, they also have 4D armrests and lumbar support.
You can complement them with some RGB if you place in the room the new devices in the style of lamps (Aether Lamp), bulbs (Aether Light Bulb) and LED strips (Light Strip) that Razer has prepared for the last quarter of 2023. You have free rein to control the lighting of the entire room from an app mobile phone companion, so it’s easy to adjust the whole thing from the seat and have a pretty cool gaming environment.
- Razer Aether Lamp (89.99 euros) and Aether Lamp Pro (149.99 euros)
- Razer Aether Light Bulb (59.99 euros) in E26 and E27 models
- Razer Aether Light Strip (149.99 euros) and Light Strip Extender (34.99 euros)
