Really seems to have two new premium high-end in the oven and, thanks to a leak to which SamaGame has had access, we can advance what, apparently, will be all its official specifications. We talk about the Realme X9 Pro and Realme Race Pro, two devices that, according to the leak, will mount the new Snapdragon 888 processor and the MediaTek Dimensity 1200.
The leak does not reveal neither the price nor the launch date, but it does slide that the two terminals will be the company’s flagships, at least, for the first half of the year. So much so that the Realme Race Pro, without going any further, aims to have a OLED display with 160Hz refresh rate, something that so far has not been seen on any smartphone.
Realme X9 Pro and Realme Race Pro Leaked Specifications
Two flagships with butt hertz displays
As suggested by the leak that SamaGame has had access to, the new Realme X9 Pro will mount a processor MediaTek Dimensity 1200, a processor that was unveiled today, January 20. The technical sheet shows the configuration of its cores, which will be eight: a Cortex A78 at 3 GHz, three Cortex A78 at 2.6 GHz and four Cortex A55 at 2 GHz.
The Realme Race Pro, for its part, will bet on the Snapdragon 888, the latest high-end SoC from Qualcomm. It is the processor we expect to see in almost every high-end Android of 2021 and Realme does not seem to want to be left behind. This one, as we already know, reaches a maximum speed of 2.84 GHz in maximum performance and has the Adreno 660 GPU. The two models, this and the Realme X9 Pro, will have up to 12 GB of LPDDR5 RAM.
As for the screen, and in the absence of knowing its design, the leak indicates that they will be panels ready to play. The Realme X9 Pro has a 6.4-inch OLED screen with FullHD + resolution in 20: 9 format with 120 Hz refresh rate. The Realme Race Pro, meanwhile, is bigger, has 2K + resolution and its refresh rate increases to 160 Hz, something that we have not seen in any smartphone so far. You will have to wait to see if the screen works at 160 Hz in maximum resolution.
So far, we have not seen a single mobile phone to have 160 Hz refresh rate
All this, claims the leak, will be given life by a 4,500 mAh battery with 65W fast charging in the Realme X9 Pro; and of 5,000 mAh with 125W fast charge in the Realme Race Pro. We know that Realme has been working on this technology since the middle of last year, when they promised that it would be able to charge 33% of the battery in three minutes. It seems that this technology is going to materialize soon.
We end up talking about the camera, a section that is not going to fall short, at least as far as resolution is concerned. The Realme X9 Pro will have three cameras 108, 13 and 13 megapixels, respectively. The Realme Race Pro, however, drops the resolution of the main camera in half and is left with 64, 13 and 13 megapixels. We do not know what kind of accessory lenses they will mount, but it would not be strange if they were a wide angle and a telephoto.
This is all that is known at the moment. The leak claims we’ll see announced these devices throughout the first quarter of 2021, so it will be a matter of waiting for Realme to speak. As it is a leak, it is convenient to take the data with tweezers, as always, but everything indicates that Realme prepares strong emotions for this year.
