Xbox Game Pass: The majority of users pay the full price and other statistics

At a price of $9.99 per month, Microsoft generated average net sales of $9.26 per Xbox Game Pass subscription at the time. A value that increased by 14 percent compared to the same quarter last year. It should be noted, however, that the numbers are from April 2022, as mentioned at the beginning.

For the Xbox Live Gold subscription, which cost $6.99 per month, the average net revenue per subscription was $6.10. The documents presented also showed that the Xbox Live service had 112 million users across platforms in that quarter. Xbox consoles accounted for 51.3 million of Xbox Live users and contributed 48.7 million gaming users.

39.7 million of the users were classified by Microsoft as “monetized users”.

It is not known how many paying subscribers Xbox Game Pass has today.
