Main news from Bethesda E3 press conference – summary.
Contents
Bethesda held a fairly short press conference this year, but there were some fun stuff in it. For example, somewhere around October this year we can play Fallout 4 and later Doom in VR and there are also a new Wolfenstein and The Evil Within on the way.
Fallout 4 VR and Doom VFR
Virtual reality is still an emerging technology and Bethesda is investing heavily in that by releasing Fallout 4 and DOOM for the platform this year. Both games have been completely adapted for a unique experience in virtual reality. Both games are about the complete experience, so not as we have seen with other games about just a small portion of the game. Both DOOM and Fallout 4 should be available this year.

Bethesda Creation Club
Bethesda announced at its press conference ‘Bethesda Creation Club’, a new way for modders to bring new content to The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim and Fallout 4.
The Creation Club is adding small add-ons such as new items and clothing in Fallout 4 and Skyrim. Players choose the items from a menu, buy them with credits, download them, and then it immediately appears in their games. The service is launching this summer for PC, Xbox One and PlayStation 4. Initially, the service is only for Skyrim and Fallout 4, but Bethesda may choose to make it available for other games as well.

The Evil Within 2
Today at Bethesda’s E3 press conference, The Evil Within 2 was announced. The game is a horror game in which we continue the adventures of Sebastian. The game takes place 3 years after the events of the first part. There was already a rumor that the game would be announced during the Bethesda press conference, because an ad for The Evil Within 2 had already appeared on Reddit.com.
Fittingly, The Evil Within will be released on Friday, October 13 on PC, Xbox One and PS4.

Wolfenstein II: The New Colossus
Wolfenstein II: The New Colossus was announced during Bethesda’s E3 press conference. The sequel to hit shooters Wolfenstein: The New Order and Wolfenstein: The Old Blood will be released on PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC on October 27.
We already knew this sequel was coming, but it’s nice to see it confirmed with a very decent first trailer, full of humor and storytelling scenes. While there isn’t a whole lot of action to be seen in the trailer, the previous parts have proven that there is no shortage of that in Wolfenstein games. This trailer especially sets the atmosphere well and it looks like it also contains a lot of cool guns.

So on October 27 we are going to shoot ___s again!
Dishonored: Death of the Outsider
Dishonored 2 is getting an expansion called Dishonored: Death of the Outsider. The expansion was announced at Bethesda’s E3 press conference.
The new expansion revolves around Billie Lurk, Daude’s right-hand man from the original game’s DLC. However, in this expansion she has a cyberkenetic arm and eye. She goes after the Outsider in-game. The stand-alone expansion will be available from September 15th.

No gameplay of the expansion has been shown yet, but you can check out the first trailer below.
