Media Molecule has spoken to Game Informer about the future of Dreams, currently available in Early Access.

As they comment, they have already drawn up the roadmap for the next patch with the aim of adding this in an update in May:

  • More tutorials and templates
  • New assets for creators
  • Raise the maximum level above 100
  • Social tools for Dreamiverse such as the ability to block users

On the other hand, the study has indicated that they are considering how to incorporate an alternative to motion controls, such as mouse and keyboard.

John Beech, senior designer at MM, says that accessibility is important to them and motion controls can pose difficulties for certain players, so they are working on an alternative, although the priority for now is that this alternative does not require external peripherals commanding PS4.
