Milestone and Feld Motor Sports, Inc. are pleased to announce Monster Energy Supercross – The Official Videogame 6. The new chapter of the most immersive and realistic Supercross video game will be available on March 9th, 2023 for PlayStation5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, Windows PC and Steam. The PlayStation version supports PS4 to PS5 free upgrade while the Xbox version has Smart Delivery.
Seven-time Supercross Champion Jeremy McGrath will guide players through a new career mode featuring official riders and tracks. From finding the first sponsors in the 250SX Futures class to going head-to-head with championship rivals in the 450SX class, players will climb the ladder from beginner to pro in a realistic and interactive way.
The journey to glory begins at the Supercross Academy, where the “King of Supercross” guides players through a variety of tutorials and challenges designed to ease the learning curve and accelerate progression: these will help newcomers take their first steps in Supercross world, while experienced players can reach their full potential. Several new tools and settings allow for full customization of rider aids (e.g. auto steering, auto brakes, auto throttle, etc.) and bike setups to prepare for the most competitive off-road motorcycle racing championship in the world. The skill tree gives players the opportunity to personalize their drivers’ skills and develop their own driving style that best suits the player’s abilities. In addition, mental and physical health will play an important role in the improved Rider Shape System. Recovering from injuries and poor performances will be key to keeping the riders in top form and achieving the best results.
Monster Energy Supercross – The Official Videogame 6 also features Supercross Park, a massive, freely navigable environment with five different areas to explore alone or with friends. Here players can take a break from the pressures of competition, recover from injuries and train under the guidance of Coach McGrath. But players can also just have fun as they ride their bikes over original tracks, huge jumps and many hidden zones waiting to be explored. Pure fun-seekers will also love Rhythm Attack, a new head-to-head mode that allows players to compete in fast-paced 1v1 shootout races on a straight rhythm track that requires skill and speed. And to decide who really is the king of the couch, there’s split-screen mode again, fueling local competition with friends.
In multiplayer, two new features ensure more competition: full cross-play allows online matchmaking across all console systems, while a new ranking system constantly tracks online achievements and encourages players to push their limits to reach the top.
Monster Energy Supercross – The Official Videogame 6 allows players to unleash their creativity and create their own personal journey through the Supercross world. The helmet and track editors allow riders to choose from a variety of design options, express their style and share their creations online and across platforms.
