Uncharted 4 gets Survival Hardcore mode

Uncharted 4 gets a Survival Hardcore mode with a new update. Ideal for those gamers looking for a new challenge. Developer Naughty Dog states in the patch notes that this Hardcore difficulty setting for the Survival mode is quite intense:

“This intense new difficulty tier introduces higher stakes, giving players only one chance to make it through all 50 waves. That’s right, if your team is defeated, you’re back to square one. Hardcore Mode is not for the faint of heart — it’ll take skill, close teamwork, and careful strategy. ”

If your team dies, you’ll have to start all over again in this Survival Hardcore mode.

With this patch, Classic Mode also returns to the Beta Test Playlist. No Mysticals or Sidekicks; It’s back-to-basics with this multiplayer mode in Uncharted 4. In addition to bug fixes and balance changes, there are some changes in the ranked and qualifier systems in the game.

FFXV costumes postponed due to Power Rangers resemblance

During their latest Active Time Report, Square Enix had to share some sad news about Final Fantasy XV… Have a look at the picture below. What does it remind you of?

Despite the colors and tight suits, the Power Rangers bells at the Guardian did not immediately ring, but apparently the guardians of the franchise think otherwise.

The picture above shows the Magitek Exosuits from FFXV. These make you invincible and increase your fishing skills. The smooth ensembles were scheduled to release on February 21, but this free Booster Pack DLC has been postponed due to its similarity to the Power Rangers. Marketing manager Akio Ofuji said Square Enix had been approached by the owners of the Power Rangers IP. The team therefore decided to adjust the outfits. Director Hajime Tabata said it was absolutely not the intention to imitate the Power Rangers.

Okay, let’s go, since we were already talking about FFXV, here’s the first trailer of the recently announced Final Fantasy XV Piano Collections. It’s about the Serenade Fantastique for Piano. But BEWARE BECAUSE MAYBE SPOILERS ETC.: The piano music is supported by images from the game.

For you, that means, among other things, a double trailer abundance, with attention for smaller games, which also just deserve some tlc. Watch Vertical Drop Heroes, Frostrune and Katana ZERO.

Disappointing Resident Evil 7 sales figures in Japan?

Resident Evil 7 is doing pretty well in Japan, but maybe not as well as everyone expected. The game on PS4 has sold 59% of the copies shipped in the country. However, retailers expect this number to rise significantly as more PlayStation VR units become available.

The above wisdom comes from sales research firm Media Create. The figures of this company show that the 187,306 copies of Resident Evil 7 account for a small 59% of the total number of copies shipped. This makes the game the number 1 position for that week, but when you consider that the PS3 version of Resident Evil 6 sold 635,000 times in the release week, the numbers may be somewhat disappointing.

However, Sony is only sparingly selling the PSVR in Japan, so long lines at retailers are still a thing. As a result, it is expected that when more copies of the VR glasses become available, sales of Resident Evil 7 will also increase.

How lucky are we here then… After all, we can just put a PSVR like that on his head and have it horrified with this horror game.
