New expansion for World of Warcraft confirmed!.
How many of us have been waiting for this moment at BlizzCon? The times of the Legion will soon be over and we will be able to enjoy the latest addition, because last night Blizzard announced the next installment of this legendary MMORPG!
In this article, I would like to describe a bit of the history of the latest addition and what we will see in it. If you haven’t seen the trailer yet, I’ll post it below. I will also try to share with you some of my thoughts and subjective assessment.

World of Warcraft: Battle for Azeroth
Just like the newest addition to World of Warcraft will be called in the header. We could admire the trailer yesterday, and it’s just brilliant! Previously, I liked the Warlords of Draenor trailer the most, but I already see that it will have a worthy competitor.
What can we see in the trailer? Battle between horde and alliance. Anduin and his soldiers attacked one of the largest cities of the horde – Undercity. Of course, it won’t be given to him just like that, because Sylvanas is on guard. But why was the horde attacked, even though they had recently fought side by side against the Burning Legion?

Let’s start from the beginning. The conflict between these two factions escalated very much, and thus the fight for Azeroth began. It all started right after arriving from the planet Argus, back to Azeroth. A new essence appears in the world – azerite – which gives us new powers. Elex blew… When the essence appears on the ground, each faction would like to receive as much of it as possible, so the war begins. Finally something concrete! In the cinematic we can see the attack on Undercity, which I wrote about earlier, but the horde is not indifferent and also attacks a certain territory of its enemies – Teldrassil. The latter is not shown in the trailer. If you’ve ever played any strategy games, or at least listened to history in class, you probably know what war looks like. In the case of World of Warcraft, it will be a reflection from the hands of the opponents of the continent that belongs to each of the given factions. So the alliance will want to take the entire Eastern Kingdoms, so they will attack the Undercity in the north of the continent, while the horde will be busy killing enemies in Kalimdor.
What’s new?
Let’s start with the sub-races. The Alliance will receive three new sub-races, and they will be lightforged draenai, dark iron dwarf and void elf. I am posting pictures in order of what they will look like.

As for the horde, we will get allies such as nightborn elf, zandalari troll and highmountain tauren.
Character level will be raised to 120 as we could have guessed. As for the expiation itself, it will take place on two continents with three lands on each.

Kul Tiras, where the alliance players will start their adventure, and Zandalar island, where the horde will start. We’ll get two new raids to start with – there will probably be more later on – and ten new instances, which is already a lot, because I personally really enjoyed doing them. Although when I look at Legion and the fact that only 3-4 instances were actually played, it’s … Eh … It’s a shame to talk.
Since a battle is a battle, as far as I know, Blizzard is going to introduce something like 20-person “raids” on which we will infuse. Maybe they’ll finally do something about this pvp. During such battles, the theme of recruiting warriors, building buildings, etc. is to appear. Anyone who played Warcraft III knows what it is about.
my rating
I missed something in the alliance and horde wars, and because I like all kinds of strategies, I will definitely like this add-on. So far, I’ve disconnected from WoW for a while, mainly due to boredom with Legion and constant grind. Personally, I’m waiting impatiently for the new expansion and will try to play it. I’m posting the trailer below.

It’s not over yet!
I would also like to look at a mod or something like that for World of Warcraft. Namely World of Warcraft: Classic. I don’t know exactly how it’s supposed to look like, but from what I can deduce from the trailer, it will be going back in time and fighting probably on the base game. I’m giving you a teaser.
You can share your opinions on the add-on in the comments, and I’ll be happy to take a look at them. And by the way, this… For the horde!
