On the night of Tuesday November 14 to Wednesday November 15, a terrible fire in a house killed six people in Huy, Belgium. Neighbors tried to intervene, in vain.
Dramatic fire in Belgium last night. Six members of the same family were killed, trapped by the flames which ravaged their house, indicates the Belgian media DH.
The firefighters were contacted shortly before midnight. “The entire facade was a wall of flames,” the fire captain told Belgian television.

The latter trapped the occupants of the premises: a family made up of a couple and four girls aged 5 to 14, our colleagues specify.
All the victims were found lifeless: three on the first floor of the house, the other three on the second. The origin of the fire remains to be determined.
“I am upset,” the mayor reacted to DH. There are no words other than compassion and astonishment. Psychological units have been created in establishments where children are educated.
