A new Nintendo Direct very soon?

Last week, players were treated to a nintendo Direct Mini which has highlighted several titles for the Switch such as Hyrule Warriors: Definitive Edition, Donkey Kong Country: Tropical Freeze or Dark Souls Remastered. However, it seems that this little event was just the beginning and that other presentations could be aired no later than this week.

It was the Resetera site that brought up the information. Of course, it is impossible to verify the veracity of these remarks but according to the insider Nibel on Twitter, there will be a small event around January 18th. It will not be a Nintendo Direct so do not expect big revelations. Finally, still according to Resetera, a real Direct will take place in February.

For now, nintendo did not respond to these rumours, so take them with a grain of salt.
