A Nintendo Direct dedicated to the next Pokémon in November?

A new information leak about the upcoming Nintendo Direct has reportedly revealed that it will contain new information about Pokémon Sword and Shield, Super Smash Bros. Ultimate, And Animal Crossing: New Horizons. According to this same leak, this Nintendo Direct would have take place on November 13, with the last part focusing on multiplayer, crafting and the various Animal Crossing improvements.

The part devoted to Super Smash Bros. Ultimate see the ad of a Minecraft DLCCrash Bandicoot should be confirmed as the game’s next DLC character and Ryu Hayabusa should be teased in the second Fighters Pass.

But given the proximity to the release of Pokémon Sword and Shield, the majority of fans’ attention should be on these two games.

Assuming that the given date is correct, this live will take place two days before the release of Sword and Shield and should therefore highlight them more than any other. This leak specifies that this part will start with “the final evolutions” for Flambino, Larméléon and Ouistempo, the starters of the games, which may seem curious given that the second evolutions have not yet been revealed.

However, there is still some time until November 13 and the intermediate developments could be revealed in this interval.

This leak also clarifies that there will be two Pokémon from the game region exclusive to each of the versions: the first will be a Ghost/Water type and will be based on the idea of a ghost ship, and the other a Fire/Plant type, and would be a goat with a pan flute.

The part devoted to Pokémon will end with the revelation of a pokemon space dolphin, which would be a Legendary Pokémon of an unknown type.

Nevertheless,this information should be taken with the utmost caution, given that there some details that may be problematic. Especially the space dolphin, although it is not impossible. The final evolution of the starters could also be a typo, or announce that the next evolution is coming shortly. And the November 13 date is surprisingly close to the November 15 release date for both games, which would mean Nintendo wanted to keep this major info just before release.

Whether this leak is reliable depends on whether the date of the next Nintendo Direct is confirmed, the next reveal of the second evolution is confirmed, or if all of this is reversed by Nintendo in the next few days.

As a reminder, Pokémon Sword And Shieldwill come out November 15, 2019 exclusively on Switch.
