Larian Studios announced that Baldur’s Gate 3 will be released on Xbox Series X|S in December. They will confirm the exact date during The Game Awards 2023 on December 7.

Baldur’s Gate 3 is a strategy RPG based on the worlds of the Dungeons & Dragons tabletop RPG. The game features a cast of unique characters in a story that has received critical acclaim. It is available now on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, PC and Mac.

In a tweet, Larian Studios announced that Baldur’s Gate 3 on the Xbox Series X|S is “on track for a December release.” Additionally, they will confirm the exact release date of the game during The Game Awards 2023 on December 7.

Baldur’s Gate 3, with Alan wakes up 2, were nominated the most of any game at The Game Awards. It was nominated for Game of the Year, Best Direction and Best Story. The Game Awards also nominated the game for Best Score, Best Performance, Best Community Support, and more. The game features in-depth romance mechanics, an intriguing story, and captivating gameplay that made it one of the biggest hits of 2023.
