Capcom: Sales of Resident Evil and Monster Hunter are going well, thank you

Resident Evil: Revelation 2which received a mixed reception as evidenced by our test, was still a commercial success for Capcom which announces having distributed no less than 1.1 million copies between Japan, North America and Europe. These figures take into account the sale of Season Passes for this game which, remember, was first released digitally in episodic format, as well as the sale of “box” versions bringing together all the episodes on Xbox360, PS3, Xbox One, PS4 and PC.

This financial report also tells us that a certain Mount Hunter 4 Ultimateexclusive title to the Nintendo 3DShas exceeded 3.4 million sales worldwide.

With such results, Capcom hopes for a bright future for his next titles since the latter announced that he was targeting the 2.5 million sales mark for his next Monster Hunter Storiesrecently announced on 3DS, and the 2 million for Street Fighter Vwhich will be released on PS4 and PC in spring 2016.

Given the wait for these two titles, it is very likely that the sales ambitions will be achieved by Capcom.
