During Anime NYC 2023, Netflix announced THE Seven Deadly Sins: Four Knights of the Apocalypse The anime series is coming to the streaming platform on January 31, 2024. The anime series recently debuted on October 8, 2023.

Seven Deadly Sins: Four Knights of the Apocalypse is a sequel to the original Seven capital sins series. The anime’s story focuses on Percival, the son of Seven capital sins Meliodias. The anime adaptation was announced in May 2022 and the premiere date of October 8 was finally announced during Anime Expo 2023.

Netflix revealed during its Anime NYC 2023 screening that Seven Deadly Sins: Four Knights of the Apocalypse arrives on the service January 31. According to Netflix, the new episodes will premiere “a week early” on the aforementioned date. Moreover, a new trailer was released on the Netflix YouTube channel.

Pokémon Journeys: The Series director Maki Odaira directs The Seven Deadly Sins: Four Knights of the Apocalypse. Shigeru Murakoshi will supervise and write the scripts for the series. Youichi Takada is the character designer and renowned composers Hiroyuki Sawano and Kohta Yamamoto will create the main theme. Additionally, Yamamoto will compose the music for the anime. Telecom Animation Film produces the animation for The Seven Deadly Sins: Four Knights of the Apocalypse. UNLIMITED PRODUCE by TMS is in charge of the production and planning of the animated series.

Percival has always lived with his grandfather on God’s Finger, a secluded refuge high above the clouds. And although he loves the simple life, he secretly longs for adventure. But Percival’s life is changed forever when an intruder – who shares a shocking bond with him – snatches away everything he’s ever known. Having only to track down the one who took everything from him, Percival sets out alone. During his journey, the sheltered boy discovers that there are many things he does not know about normal life. Luckily, he meets friends along the way who can help him get through it, but how will they react when they discover Percival’s fate…and what does it have to do with the end of the world?
