If there is one title that many players have been waiting for at the start of the year, it is Monster Hunter World. But today we discover that despite the beta phases put in place before the release of the title, Capcom does not seem to have measured the expectation generated around his game.
For many hours, owners of PlayStation 4 and Xbox One are complaining of major connection problems to the online part of the title. First appeared on Xbox One as evidenced by the messages below, these matchmaking issues now affect all versions of the game and illustrate that the problem to be resolved is indeed on the side of the title publisher.
I confirm. I met 0 people… It keeps showing that there is no session.. (bjki1107).
I agree with you. And we paid the same price as PS4 players! 10 hours of play and I couldn’t play multiplayer (Leiteit).
Multiplayer is totally screwed on Xbox. I thought it was just me, but then again it’s launch day, it should be swarming with people of similar level. So far, NOBODY (randomelixirdevdude).
As of now, the game’s Twitter account has acknowledged connectivity issues on Xbox One, but has yet to respond to complaints from PlayStation 4 gamers later that night.
Hello Hunters, we’re aware of the Xbox matchmaking issues and dev team is actively investigating it, we’ll update you as soon as we can.

It only remains to hope that its problems are resolved as soon as possible, because they are a bit messy for a title that relies heavily on its community aspect.
