Netflix has unveiled a new key visual for Castlevania: Nocturne. The streaming platform also announced that a new trailer will be released tomorrow.
Castlevania: Nocturne is the sequel series to the simply titled Netflix series Castlevania. Based on the beloved game franchise, Night focuses on Richter Belmont, another member of the monster-slaying Belmont family. For fans of Castlevania: Symphony of the Night And Castlevania: Blood of Rondothis will be the series for you.

In a TweeterNetflix unveiled the new visual along with the following statement:
” Before Castlevania: Nocturne was a Netflix series, it was a dream – inspired by the rich worlds and valiant heroes of iconic video games. We’re excited to share our official trailer tomorrow, and even more excited to see you all the work to come by September 28, when we’ll finally release. Castlevania: Nocturne on Netflix.
Netflix originally announced Castlevania Nocturne during Netflix Geeked Week in 2022. Taking place years after the events of the Castlevania Netflix series, Richter takes on the role of vampire hunter. The story of the series is centered on the events of Castlevania: Blood Rondo And Castlevania: Symphony of the Night. The official description of the series is as follows:
“In the midst of the French Revolution, members of the so-called lower classes rose up to fight against inequality: “It is the natural order that they treat us dry with impossible rents and unpayable taxes”, Maria (Davies), a young chef, laments. Meanwhile, Richter Belmont (Bluemel) senses a much darker and greater danger. He took over his family’s long tradition of vampire hunting, a vocation that goes back almost as long as a vampiric’s life (in other words, forever).
But he’s never seen anything quite like what he’s witnessing now: Could the drastic increase in vampire activity have something to do with his mother’s death? And what’s going on with this rumor about a supposed vampire messiah?
The trailer will reveal more information about the series ahead of its premiere. Lately, Castlevania: Night premieres exclusively on Netflix on September 28, 2023.
