Only a few more days before you racket candy from the neighbors or freak out the kids knocking on your door to tax you candy, Halloween happens and is celebrated everywhere, even in the online mode of Red Dead Redemption 2.
Eh yes! Know that if you squat Red Dead Online, Rockstar opens the gates of hell and brings the dead to the lands of the Great West via a game mode, accompanied by a new Pass available until mid-November.
On the menu of the festivities, a two-tier Halloween Pass (free and paid) including about twenty ranks to unlock many cosmetics (ornaments, weapon skins, wallpapers…), two legendary Panthers to track down to make cute fur coatsand a new temporary game mode: Night Terrors.
The latter is a deathmatch where 4 teams compete while battling against hordes of zombies, with a mystical mask that can also be found to gain creepy supernatural powers. Added to this is a string of discounts on the various shops in the game, as well as creepy mini-events scattered on the map.
If you want to participate in the event, just update the software, no more no less and if you don’t have the game yet, know that Red Dead Redemption 2 is available on PS4, Xbox One and PC.
