Square Enix released the trailer for “Final” for Dragon Quest Monsters: The Black Prince nearly three months until the game’s release. Fans can pre-order the game now to earn special launch day bonuses.
Dragon Quest fans will soon embark on a new journey as Psaro, a familiar name from Dragon Quest IV: Chapters of the Chosen. Psaro is cursed by his own father, the ruler of the monster kingdom Nadiria. Although the curse prevents Psaro from harming monsters, the anti-hero gains valuable allies and powers that will aid him in his ultimate quest for revenge.

At Tokyo Game Show 2023, Square Enix summarized information about Dragon Quest Monsters: The Black Prince and shared the game’s “Finale” trailer. First, here’s a look at the new title, courtesy of Square Enix:
Dragon Quest Monsters: The Black Prince features Psaro, the demon prince, whose curse prevents him from harming monsters. As a result, he must become a Monster Wrangler, recruiting and fighting alongside monsters in the various environments of Nadiria’s fantasy world. During this adventure, the seasons will regularly cycle through spring, summer, winter, and fall, which will not only change the landscape but also open up new areas and players will encounter different monsters specific to that season .
One of the most powerful tools in players’ arsenal is the new synthesis system which allows players to create completely new monsters by combining those already on their roster. Players can experiment with and eventually unlock over 500 monsters, including franchise favorites, dark lords, and completely new creatures. Once players have assembled their dream roster, they can take their teams of powerful monsters online to take on other Monster Wranglers from around the world.

Lately, Dragon Quest Monsters: The Black Prince will launch on December 1st for Nintendo Switch and pre-orders are now available physically at retail and digitally via the Nintendo eShop. Pre-orders include the Head Start set including 1 Stardust Earrings, 1 Scholar’s Specs and 5 Bonus Balls.
