This woman’s companion, a young entrepreneur born in 1998, is of particular interest to investigators. The young man, who presented himself last year in Ouest-France as an entrepreneur who is “afraid of nothing”, not hesitating to lie to achieve his ends, would have had numerous contacts shortly before the fires with one of the suspects.

Both were placed in pre-trial detention but this did not prevent other acts of vandalism and fires from being committed in the new Poêles & Cie stores in the region, the company director’s vehicle having even been destroyed. by the flames.

Other suspects were indicted for these facts, all investigated in Rennes.

Le Parisien indicates that three new individuals were arrested last month, suspected of having set fire to an individual’s car in August 2022 in Guérande, in Loire-Atlantique. The victim’s neighbor was a young couple who were sometimes too noisy with whom she had had an altercation: the young entrepreneur and his partner.
