It’s moving on the side of Sabi on this last day of January.
And has instead heard of another major franchise in particular having a holiday release this year that you probably don’t expect.
I’ll have to try and follow up with the original source this or next week hopefully. I’ll post about it when I can see what’s up. (2/2)

“That’s actually a great question. I have NOT heard from my source in 2020, as I have not approached her since last October. However, another extremely reputable source has heard more cynical things that it is only planned for next year.
He heard about another major franchise instead, having a release scheduled for the holiday season and which you probably do not expect. »
Botw2 taking longer than anticipated back during e3 2019, so it doesn’t seem to be this year’s holiday release, which adds more credence to the major title I was referencing on a tweet the other day. Neither are set in stone yet so take some salt. The most likely one has.. tires

According to Sabi, who we remember often got it right in her leaks, The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild 2 which was initially scheduled to land at the end of 2020 would therefore give way to another major franchise which “has tires”. The most logical thing is to immediately think of a new Mario Kart.
However, the success of Mario Kart 8 is such that it is unlikely to see Nintendo offer a new opus so quickly. Especially since Sabi evokes an “unexpected” game.
The other hypothetical license that comes to mind then is donkey kong country. Remember, on SNES, Donkey used to jump on tires to reach certain platforms…
Anyway, we will have to be patient and hope that Nintendo sheds light on all this with a new direct dedicated to the Switch.
