The Latin American Group Stage of PUBG Continental Series 4 (PCS4) Americas ended with six teams qualifying directly for the Grand Final. Another eight teams will compete in the Last Chance Qualifier in search of four more places for the decisive stage.

With the participation of the 24 best PUBG teams in Latin America, the PCS4 Group Stage had 30 falls over six days (May 14, 15, 16, 18, 19 and 20). The participating teams were divided into three groups and on each day of competition there were five matches involving members of two teams.

At the end of the Group Stage, the first six placed in the general classification, which took into account the results of the 30 clashes, advanced to the Grand Final. They are: Latin Dominus, Trogloditas, ENRAGE Gaming, 22 Esports, A CRECHE and 303 Esports.

The eight teams that finished the Group Stage from 7th to 14th will compete, this Saturday (22) and Sunday (23), in the Last Chance Qualifier, alongside eight representatives from North America. Four Grand Final berths will be up for grabs.

For this stage, the following qualified in Latin America: Just2Easy, Underdogs, Team Mystery, +55 E-sports, ÉosGuri, eumais3, Durany Esports and Inxeque Team.

In addition to the spots, the Group Phase distributed a prize of US$ 25 thousand to the participants. Only the teams that advanced to the Last Chance Qualifier were not awarded, as in the repechage they will be entitled to share the total of US$ 20,000.

Grand final

The PCS4 Americas Grand Final will feature 16 teams, comprising the top six teams from the Latin American Group Stage, the top six from the North American Group Stage, and the top four from the Last Chance Qualifier.

The decisive phase will take place over three weeks: on the 10th and 11th, 17th and 18th and 24th and 25th of June.

The prize initially reached the value of US$ 250,000 and will be supplemented through crowdfunding. With the Bolão Challenge, spectators will be able to vote for their favorite teams, competing for special in-game items. This time, 30% of the income obtained from the sale of items will be donated to the teams participating in PCS4 Americas.

PCS4 Americas is the second in a series of four regional competitions that, in addition to cash prizes, give ranking points to the PUBG Global Championship (PGC), the world championship of PUBG.
