PUBG Mobile, together with Flakes Power, a mobile game youtuber with over 5 million subscribers on his channel, have just announced the Flakes Cup.
The tournament will take place from December 13th to 19th with a total prize pool of US$ 12,000 and a Google Play gift card draw. To participate, simply complete the registration form at this link, as long as you are a content producer with more than 2,000 subscribers on your YouTube channel.

São Paulo, December 9, 2020 – PUBG MOBILE, one of the most popular Battle Royale mobile games in the world, in partnership with Flakes Power, mobile games youtuber whose channel has more than 5 million subscribers and winner of the last edition of Meus Prêmios Nick in the Gamer of the Year category, announce the Flakes Cup. The tournament will bring together several content producers to compete in pairs for a total prize pool of US$ 12,000. The event will take place from the 13th to the 19th of December and there will also be a raffle of gift cards for the audience.
The championship will be held in partnership with YouTube influencers and content creators from Squad, PUBG MOBILE’s partner program. The purpose of the show is to thank the creators for their important role in entertaining and inspiring people in their homes during the difficult year of 2020, and also the public for the exceptional year of partnership and support of PUBG MOBILE. During the broadcast, a total of 120 Google Play gift cards worth BRL 30 will be drawn every two minutes – the codes will appear on the screen and whoever redeems them first wins.
In the semifinals, influencer Toniket will present the championship together with Flakes. In the grand final, in partnership with Fanfive, an agency specializing in entertainment and advertising focused on delivering innovative solutions aimed at the musical universe, the Brazilian rapper Projota, who recently approached the gamer community through his new project, “Projota Game Room,” joins Flakes to commentate on the event and deliver an exclusive performance.
The qualifiers will take place on the 13th and 14th of December, with 4 groups formed by 32 pairs each playing six matches. The top 16 pairs in each group advance to form two groups of 32 pairs each. On the 16th, the groups will play three games and the top 16 of each group will advance to the final stage.
Finally, on December 19, the final takes place with the remaining 32 pairs playing six games for the grand prize.
The semifinals (16) and the grand final (19) will be broadcast on the official Flakes Power channel at 7 pm, with Petar Neto as narrator, Felipe “Vespa” Vieira and Guilherme “guiidz7” Borges as commentator.
