Realme has completed its premium catalog in India with the Realme X3, a Slightly cropped variant of their latest ‘top’ smartphone, the Realme X3 SuperZoom. As expected, it’s a powerful phone, loaded with specs, with a good design and plenty of cameras. Of course, it lacks an “extreme zoom”.

Mobile maker Realme has landed in Spain with a limited product catalog, but maintain the highest quality / price ratio. Little by little, it expanded the models, and not only in Spain: India is one of its main markets. This is precisely where the Realme X3 was unveiled, a variant without SuperZoom that does not harm its brother at all. Not even in the price, super adjusted for the category of the phone.

Almost the maximum power

The decision to do without the Snapdragon 865 has had several considerations since Realme X3 doesn’t reach the extreme power of other 2020 phones and it lacks 5G. Of course, in return, the Snapdragon 855+ included in the phone makes the whole thing cheaper without losing outrageous perks along the way. In fact, the Realme X3 is still on top.

The phone’s storage remains at 128 GB UFS 3.0 with two RAM memory options: 6 and 8 GB (DDR4X). Realme offers the X3 SuperZoom’s 4,200 mAh battery, also fast charging at 30 W. keeps the rest of the big brother specs almost intact, like the fingerprint reading enabled on the right side of the phone, its cooling system, high quality sound and even dimensions. They also have the same weight.

Realme X3

Where the Realme X3 clearly differs from its sibling is in the zoom. Both maintain the 64-megapixel main camera, offer a wide-angle lens, and include a telephoto lens as well. This, yes, the Realme X3 relies on a 2x non-telescopic zoom, a detail that reduces the commitment to photography. And complement the quad rear camera with a 2-megapixel macro sensor.

Realme X3

The 6.6-inch screen offers Full HD + resolution, a high refresh rate (120 Hz) and takes up almost all of the front space for the dual front camera (16 + 8 megapixels). The result is a phone that takes advantage of the dimensions, offers an excellent construction and which, not to forget, It seems to be big and somewhat heavy.
