Rumor: Mortal Kombat 11 character list leaked and has embezzlement.

Recently, some users have discovered Mortal Kombat 11 achievements through the SteamDB page, which features various bank data from Steam (but not officially). In the supposed leaked list (which is still a rumor, it’s worth remembering), we have some mysterious characters, some who return and some embezzlement, like Johnny Cage, Kitana, Mileena and more.

The list does not contain the full names, so there is much speculation about which characters the initials represent. But if it is correct, you can speculate a lot. Check out the list of characters leaked by SteamDB (involving Fatalities achievements):

Mortal Kombat 11 will have 25 fighters. We already have 11 confirmed (Scorpion, Sub-Zero, Sonya Blade, Raiden, Geras, Skarlet, Kabal, D’Vorah, Kano, Baraka and Liu Kang) and, if the list is correct, there are a total of 21, with four missing . As it is a list of achievements, it is understandable that Shao Khan is not (since it would be bad to have achievements from a DLC character). Therefore, number 22 may be Shao Kahn.

If the selection is correct, we can assume that Cassie Cage (CAS), Erron Black (ERR), Frost (FRO), Jacqui Briggs (JAC), Jade (JAD), Kotal Kahn (KOT) and Kung Lao (KUN, who can be from Kung Jin too) are back. There would still be a few names left: CET, KOL and TER, initials that we don’t know (some rumors suggest that TER may be “Terminator”, or Terminator in Brazil). See the list with the assumptions:

It is worth mentioning again: this data is still rumored, despite the fact that SteamDB is a reliable site. With 23 confirmed characters (the list does not include Geras), there would be three more to complete the list, probably with Kitana (being princess of Netherrealm with Liu Kang, it makes sense to return) and one more.

But the big surprise would be with the classic characters that would be left out, such as Cyrax, Sektor, Mileena, Kitana (not confirmed), Shang Tsung, Quan Chi, Nightwolf, Jax, Reptile, Kenshi, Ermac, Johnny Cage, Noob Saibot, Smoke and many others, including from Mortal Kombat X, like Takeda or Kung Jin. Therefore, we will have to wait and see if the list is true.

Mortal Kombat 11 will arrive on Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and PC on April 23. The Switch version arrives on May 10th.
