It was to be expected, but it is no less surprising: the launch of Mario Kart 8 Deluxe has been a success in Japan, and it has placed in the first position of the tables with more than 280,000 units, which is the best premiere so far a Switch game.

Its launch has also had an effect on the sales of the console, and again Nintendo Switch maintains the first position and almost double the sales figure of the previous week. In this week from April 24 to 30, the console has sold 74,217 units, compared to the 40,000 sold in the previous one.
