Samsung announces Galaxy S10, S10e and S10 +
Samsung has officially announced its new high-end mobile phones.
For the 10th version of its top Galaxy line, Samsung presented three different mobile phones – the Galaxy S10, Galaxy S10 + and Galaxy S10e devices, which will be available in the colors White Prism, Black Prism, Green Prima and
The Galaxy S10 line incorporates the first Dynamic AMOLED display and is HDR10 + certified. Thanks to the dynamic tone mapping, you will have a bright and realistic image. The company says it obtained the best contrast ratio in the industry on a mobile device.
The S10e will feature a 5.8 inch screen, the S10 will have a 6.1 inch screen and the S10 + will arrive equipped with a 6.4 inch screen. All of them will have a curved, quad HD + AMOLED screen, capable of reducing the exposure of blue light to help relieve eye strain.
Another of the great highlights is the fingerprint sensor, which will be embedded in the screen itself and promises greater security together with the facial reader.
Regarding the cameras existing in the devices, Samsung presents up to a maximum of five, depending on the device.
The various cameras in the Galaxy S10 range promise incredible quality and those who buy the S10 + will have up to 5 cameras.
The S10 will feature three cameras with Double OIS (Optical Image Stabilizer) at the rear – Telephoto: 12MP AF, F2.4, OIS (45 °), Wide angle: 12MP 2PD AF, F1.5 / F2.4, OIS (77 °), Ultra Wide Angle: 16MP FF, F2.2 (123 °) with 0.5X / 2X optical zoom, up to 10X digital zoom. In front will be a UHD Selfie: 10MP 2PD AF, F1.9 (80 °)
The S10 + also adds an RGB Depth camera: 8MP FF, F2.2 (90 °) at the front.
The S10e will feature two cameras at the rear: Wide angle: 12MP 2PD AF, F1.5 / F2.4, OIS (77 °) and Ultra Wide angle: 16MP FF, F2.2 (123 °) with 0.5X optical zoom, up to 8X digital zoom, while the front will have a UHD Selfie camera: 10MP 2PD AF, F1.9 (80 °).
Regarding the performance of these devices, Samsung highlights the Wireless PowerShare on the Galaxy S10, which makes it possible to charge devices with Qi certification, the new intelligent software that automatically adjusts the battery, CPU and RAM according to the tasks and even what it calls Wi -Fi smart.
Regarding performance, the S10 line will be equipped with a 7nm 64-bit Octa-core processor (Max. 2.8 GHz + 2.4 GHz + 1.7 GHz) and an 8nm 64-bit Octa-core processor (Max. 2.7 GHz + 2.3 GHz + 1.9 GHz ).
The S10 will include 8GB RAM (LPDDR4X), the S10 + will feature 8GB or 12GB RAM (LPDDR4X), depending on the configuration chosen, while the S10e with 6GB or 8GB RAM (LPDDR4X).
For video game enthusiasts, the Galaxy S10 line of devices will include AI-based game performance optimization software and premium hardware that includes Dolby Atmos for gaming and cooling system.
Regarding the launch date and prices, Samsung will put the new devices in stores on March 8, 2019 and prices vary according to the model and storage space.
Galaxy S10 will cost € 929.90 for the 128 GB version and € 1179.90 for the 512GB version, while the lowest price for the S10 + + and € 1029.90 for the 128GB version.
The version with 512GB of space will cost € 1279.90 and the most expensive version, which includes 1TB, will cost as much as € 1639.90.
The Galaxy S10e model with 128GB of space will cost € 779.90.
Samsung has also announced that it will offer a pair of Galaxy Buds (which cost € 149.90 separately) to anyone who pre-orders a model of the S10 or the S10 +.
