Important changes in SAP Italia, with two new appointments in two more strategic areas for the company. The change of role involves Vit was Solomatina that becomes HR Director SAP Italy and Greeceand of Sergio Ochiwhich assumes the role of CFO SAP Italy and Greece. Vera Solomatina and Sergio Ochi join the Leadership Management Team of SAP Italia chaired by Emmanuel Raptopoulos, CEO of SAP Italia with the responsibility of Cluster Head for Italy, Greece, Cyprus and Malta.
The new appointments in SAP: Vera Solomatina HR Director SAP Italy and Greece
Vera Solomatina, joined SAP in 2017 as HR Director for the CIS region (Russia and other independent Commonwealth States), lead the human resources organization and people management strategy for the cluster, with a particular focus on attracting the best talent in the industry, developing an environment of continuous growth and learning, programs to support employee well-being and ensuring a consistent leadership culture to enable inclusion, accountability and agility. Solomatina takes over from Pietro Iurato, appointed HR Head for EMEA Southwhich includes, in addition to Italy, Spain, Portugal, Greece and Israel, Turkey, the Middle East and Africa.
With more than 20 years of experience in human resource management, before joining SAP, Vera Solomatina matured her professional career in the HR divisions of the most important Russian and international IT organizations. In 2019 and 2020 she was named Top-1 HR Director in IT sector in Russia by Russian Managers Association.

Sergio Ochi new CFO for SAP Italy and Greece
Sergio Ochi takes on the new role having held various finance leadership positions in Latin America, Asia Pacific and Europe in his 14 years at SAP which have also guaranteed him a multicultural experience and an in-depth knowledge of the different financial dynamics on a global level. Sergio Ochi has a degree in Economics from the Universidade de São Paulo.
