Season of Seraph kicks off today in Destiny 2, including special partnership with Ubisoft.
Today Season of the Seraph kicks off in Destiny 2. The new season is packed with new seasonal activities, a brand new Dungeon, several PvP updates and weekly missions leading to the discovery of a new Exotic weapon. In addition, Bungie and Ubisoft have teamed up to design unique in-game ornaments. Guardians can dress up as iconic assassins in Destiny 2. Annual events, such as The Dawning and Moments of Triumph, also return during this season to celebrate the holiday season.
Season of the Seraph – Activities and Rewards
This season focuses on the complex history of the Bray family and their relationship with the Warmind named Rasputin. Guardians infiltrate the Braytech facilities in Heist Battlegrounds and can venture into weekly story missions. In this they make the ultimate attempt to restore the Warmind.

More information about these updates can be found here.
Partnership with Ubisoft
Bungie and Ubisoft have developed ornaments and other new items for each class. These can be found in the Eververse Store. Players looking to explore the galaxy in assassin style can choose looks inspired by Eivor (Titan), Kassandra (Hunter), and Altair (Warlock). In addition to ornaments, Guardians can expect a new ghost, a new sparrow, a new ship, and the “Up My Sleeve” finisher.

On the other hand, Destiny 2-inspired cosmetics for Eivor will be added to Ubisoft’s latest game. Players can carry a Greatsword that is based on the design of the beloved Gjallarhorn Rocket Launcher. Finally, players can wear armor in the style of Shaxx and Saint-XIV.
Party atmosphere in the Tower
From today until the launch of Lightfall on February 28, 2023, players will be able to complete Moments of Triumph challenges to celebrate Destiny 2’s 5th anniversary. Completing the Seal will give players the opportunity to purchase a special Moments of Triumph jersey through Bungie Rewards.

The Dawning is back on Tuesday, December 13. That means Eva Levante will be visiting the Tower again to celebrate the holidays with Guardians. She bakes delicious snacks that are prepared with mysterious dishes. Players are tasked with collecting these ingredients before January 2nd and gifting them to various characters across the galaxy. This allows them to update their Event Card to unlock festive cosmetics. The event also brings a new Pulse Rifle, new title, new recipes and more.
Game2Give 2022
The Bungie Foundation is also back with its annual Game2Give fundraising campaign with new, exclusive incentives for donors. To kick off the campaign, a stream marathon of no less than two weeks will be organized with a leading role for Destiny 2 community creators. This marathon starts on December 6 and ends on December 19.
