Sega of Europe and Amplitude Studios announced, during The Game Awards 2020, the tactical action rogue-lite Endless Dungeon.
It’s a new game from the Endless universe, in which the player will need to recruit a team of heroes and protect their crystal against endless waves of monsters.

Paris, December 10, 2020 – Amplitude Studios believes that engaging in repeated suicide missions on derelict space stations shapes players’ character. That’s why their newest title is Endless Dungeon, revealed tonight at The Game Awards. It’s a tactical action rogue-lite set in the award-winning (and often lethal) Endless universe.
Shipwrecked on a mysterious space station, the player will need to recruit a team of heroes and protect their crystal against endless waves of monsters. Or die trying, reload and try again!
ABOUT THE GAME
Fans of the previous game, Dungeon of the Endless, want to know: shipwrecked? Again? Is this a sequel? Well, the answer is yes and no. Players just have to wait until they get their hands on the game to find out. In the meantime, here’s what to expect:
- An all-new story in the Endless universe: a space station that was ruined a long time ago. Some people have been stranded there for decades — it’s up to the player to find out what’s going on, how (and if) they can get out…
- Opening new doors for the rogue-lite genre: behind every door there is something unpleasant, new and different. But if the player has the right weapons and ammo for the right target, well, they might survive… until the next door opens.
- Recruiting the suicide team: players will be able to gather their gang and see if they can make it to the center of the station in one piece. Control the entire squad alone or test your survival skills with friends in multiplayer mode!
- Crystals are eternal: players should primarily be concerned with the health of a boulder they’ll carry along the way. Prepare to defend the crystal at all costs.
