Sony is accepting money-back requests from players who purchased WWE 2K20 for PlayStation 4 on the PS Store and are not satisfied with the game.
Launched on October 22, WWE 2K20 started to make a name for itself for the worst reasons – serious errors and comical bugs, which were shared on social networks and gave rise to the # FixWWE2K20 campaign on Twitter.
In the United States of America, # FixWWE2K20 has become one of the most talked about topics and the game’s page on Steam received hundreds of negative reviews – which lowered the game’s rating to “mostly negative” and forced 2K Games to react.
Second advanced by GamesIndustry.biz (via VGC), Sony is returning the money to customers who report the absence of items in the collector’s edition, graphic bugs and items that do not work as promised.
However, not everyone seems to be able to recover the money using Sony’s 14-day policy.

“We are listening to the feedback being shared about WWE 2K20 and we are aware of the concerns reported by some players,” reacted to 2K Games in a statement shared on Twitter.
“We are working hard to investigate these concerns and react if necessary. We hope to have a first update within the next two weeks, others will arrive later. Stay tuned to WWEGames social channels for more information.”
