Absolution features content for a wide range of game types, including four new multiplayer maps that reward a variety of Call of Duty playstyles.

New Co-op Zombie Adventure “Attack of the Radioactive Thing!” takes players back to the 1950s, featuring Cassandra Peterson reprising her iconic role as Elvira, ruler of darkness.

Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare Absolution, the third map pack for the best-selling console game in the United States in 2016 (excluding bundle sales), is now available for PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC. Published by Activision and created by the Infinity Ward team, Absolution features four diverse new multiplayer maps that offer a variety of gameplay experiences already experienced in the base game. The DLC also includes the 1950s Zombie Adventure “Attack of the Radioactive Thing!” starring actress Cassandra Peterson as Elvira.

Multiplayer beta CoD: Infinite Warfare kicks off October 14

Attack of the Radioactive Thing!, the next action-packed zombie mode chapter in Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare, sees the return of Willard Wyler, the enigmatic malevolent director with the voice and appearance of Paul Reubens (Pee-wee’s Big Holiday, Gotham). Wyler has trapped the four protagonists inside an all-new monster-filled horror set in the 1950s. Players will face hordes of new zombies in the streets of a devastated seaside town where a government experiment has turned humans into carnivorous beasts and brought about a new biohazard. In addition, horror icon Elvira, played by Cassandra Peterson (Elvira: Mistress of the Dark, Elvira’s Movie Macabre), will help players survive with gameplay tips and side quests in her unique style. New weapons, traps and more will spice up the well-known Call of Duty action, with actors such as Seth Green (Robot Chicken, Austin Powers) as “The Scientist”; Ike Barinholtz (Neighbors, Suicide Squad) as “Rebel”; Jay Pharoah (White Famous, Saturday Night Live) as “Soldier”; and Sasheer Zamata (Saturday Night Live, Inside Amy Schumer) as “Schoolgirl”, all returning to the ongoing story in this all-new adventure.

CALL OF DUTY: INFINITE WARFARE CONTINUUM BOOSTS THE MULTIPLAYER AND CO-OP EXPERIENCE, AVAILABLE APRIL 18

In addition to Attack of the Radioactive Thing!, the Absolution bundle also includes four new multiplayer maps:

  • Bermuda – A slum built around the remains of a shipwreck. Bermuda lets players dodge, dive and wall-run from the fish market to the lighthouse in this small to mid-game map ravaged by waves and heat.
  • Permafrost – As a cityscape frozen in frost, Permafrost allows players to stay grounded and choose one of three attack paths. They will move around the map from the street to the train station, and from the homeless settlement to the ruined theater hall, fighting primarily at short distances.
  • Fore – The only miniature things in this huge map are the golf courses where players will fight. Fore offers a great visual variety that everyone will feel as they move between the thickets of magical forests, huge sweet treats and giant walls of castles.
  • Ember – Located near an old castle, Ember is a reimagining of the classic Resistance map from Modern Warfare 3, with an old-fashioned look modernized with technology. The environment includes lava flows, gallows and a torture chamber, where players will definitely want to stay with the team.
