The Amazfit GTS 2e and Amazfit GTR 2e arrive in Spain: official price and availability

We are still in mid-December of 2020 when Huami put into circulation two new smartwatches under its Amazfit label. Specifically, they were the Amazfit GTS 2e and Amazfit GTR 2e, two watches with a different design and some internal differences that were placed below the GTS 2 and GTR 2, hence the surname “e” next to their names.

The models, as we say, have distanced themselves from the version without a surname, losing WiFi connectivity along the way, although in return the brand has doubled the autonomy. The new GTS 2e and GTR 2e can now last two weeks on and we can already buy them in Spain at the same price: 129.90 euros for both models in all their available colors.

The specifications of the Amazfit GTS 2e and GTR 2e

In terms of design, the models carry a surname “e” but are practically identical to their predecessors. We have the S model with its rectangular screen while in the R we find the round screen of the series. 1.39 inches for the first and 1.65 inches for the second, both AMOLED and with very even densities, above 300 pixels per inch.

The watches came with a Biotracker 2 PPG optical sensor to measure the pulse in real time and with the ability to measure oxygen saturation in blood. The GTS 2e model is the one that offers the most autonomy, reaching 24 days, while the GTR 2e will last for about two weeks. We do not have WiFi, as we said before, nor a speaker so it is no longer possible to listen to messages or music from them.

The watches now arrive in Spain officially, without the need to resort to importers, and can already be purchased on Amazfit’s own website in Spain. The price for both is 129.99 euros. The Amazfit GTR 2e can be purchased in black, green and gray while the Amazfit GTS 2e arrives in black, green and purple. In the next few days they will be available in the usual establishments of the brand but can now be purchased online.
