The best cheap projectors for PS4, Xbox One, PC and Nintendo Switch.
Contents
There are monitors for consoles, but these have been designed to be viewed on a television or computer monitor. And, although the size of televisions is getting bigger, it is also true that not everyone can buy a 65-inch one, which is usually quite expensive. For this reason, many users resort to the use of cheap projectors with which they can play or watch movies from their own consoles. In this article we are going to see several of these models that you can use with your PS4, Xbox One and Nintendo Switch consoles, as well as with your PC.
Being able to play on a much larger screen than the usual 32 or 42 inches that current televisions usually have (at least those with more contained prices), can be a truly impressive experience. And who says to play, also says to be able to watch movies almost as if we were in a cinema. Because, it is clear that long gone are the days when being able to buy a projector for our private use at home represented a large outlay of money. No, today we can buy a projector for really affordable figures for all budgets.

Now, we must also take into account that most cheap projectors will not be able to reach very high resolutions. So do not expect to be able to play or watch movies at 1440p or 4K resolution with one of the models that we are going to recommend. No, the most normal thing is that the projector has a 720p or 1080p resolution. On the other hand, to be able to move games and project them on a screen, it is a more than adequate resolution.
cheap projectors for consoles
Luximage HD400
This projector is a fairly small model, which will allow us to place it wherever we want in our living room without getting in the way. Its native resolution is 720p, although it accepts signal input with a resolution of up to 1080p. This is possible thanks to its HDMI connection, which allows it to be used with any modern console or PC.

Perhaps one of the things that will impress us the most about this small projector is the 3200 lumens that its LED lamp is capable of producing, which will allow us to enjoy the projected images, even in rooms where there is still some sunlight.
Artii HD Black
This projector is the older brother of the Artii P3 model, whose link to our analysis we have included above. It is a small projector but, at the same time, very versatile, since it has a double HDMI signal input, along with two USB ports. Its bulb has a brightness of 3,200 lumens, achieving an image equivalent in size to a 120-inch screen.

Xsagon Black Friday
The Xsagon model is somewhat more expensive than the previous model we’ve seen from Luximagen, but for good reason. As a matter of principle, these cheap projectors incorporate two HDMI signal inputs, with a 1080p image resolution, both for the input signal and for the projected image. The LED lamp that it uses has an output of 2,200 real lumens and allows to project images clearly from 3.3 meters away, in a size similar to a 120-inch screen.
Xsagon HL480
This other Xsagon model is a somewhat superior and modern model, compared to the previous model. It has a 150 W CREE LED bulb, which allows it to project with good quality up to a 120-inch screen. What’s more, the manufacturer claims that the life of the bulb it incorporates is 50,000 hours, which will ensure many hours of fun in our home.

Luximage HD520
A superior version of the previous projector with which we opened this comparison of cheap projectors, it has the advantage of incorporating a DTTHD decoder in the body of the projector, as well as an AC3 sound decoder, which is something that other models may suffer from. It is also superior because it allows you to project a screen of up to 200 inches (of all these cheap projectors, it is the one that projects the largest).
