Samsung’s latest smartwatch aimed at the sports field (with permission from the Watch 3, which has a different design) is the Galaxy Watch Active 2, whose edition with the collaboration of the sportswear and accessories brand Under Armor can be obtained cheaper in AliExpress Plaza using the code “SEP25” for 184 euros.

The price of this special Under Armor edition of the Samsung Galaxy Watch Active 2 smartwatch in AliExpress Plaza for the 44 mm version is 209 euros, but applying the discount code “SEP25” we have a discount of 25 euros that leave it at 184 euros.
The Galaxy Watch Active 2 has a more minimalist and sporty design than Samsung’s “Watch” only models as it does not have a frame or edge into which the dial is integrated. This special edition in collaboration with Under Armor has an aluminum case and fluoro rubber straps, plus a custom dial only available for this watch and six months free of MapMyRun service.
It has a 1.4 “circular Super AMOLED display (44 mm model) with a resolution of 360 x 360, an Exynos 9110 dual-core processor and 768 MB of RAM memory for being the model with only Bluetooth 5.0 and Wi-Fi connectivity, nothing of Cellular 4G / LTE, which has 1.5 GB. This means that in order to make calls and receive notifications we must carry the mobile phone with us.
It has several sensors, including to monitor the heart rate, accelerometer, gyroscope, barometer and electrocardiogram (ECG). However, the latter is not yet active in Spain, although it is expected to be so soon through a software update. Its operating system is Tizen and it has an NFC chip, so you can make purchases through Samsung Pay.
Through the Train app it is possible to record the physical activity of a large number of physical activities and sports, and the Galaxy Watch Active 2 is capable of automatically recognize several of them, such as walking, running, cycling, elliptical bike or swimming, as it is waterproof. The autonomy depends on the use, but the average is in two days doing a mixed use of the device (daily life plus sport).
