Continuing with its daily announcements prior to E3, Sony announced a few minutes ago Twin Mirror, a new game that was born from the collaboration between Bandai Namco and Dontnod, creators of Life is Strange and Vampyr.
The game is described as a psychological thriller with a strong narrative component, and it will arrive on PlayStation 4 next year. In The Mirror we put ourselves in the shoes of Sam, a dejected man who returns to his hometown to attend the funeral of his best friend.
The next day Sam wakes up in his hotel room covered in blood, unable to remember what happened the night before. That is where we will come in, since we will have to help him recover his memory by looking for clues to discover the truth.
The game is still under development, but we know that Bandai Namco will release it in 2019.
