Valkyrie Anatomia Studio Announces New “Full-Scale” RPG for PS4
Dokidoki Groove Works, the studio responsible for Valkyrie Anatomy, has announced that it is working on a new “full-scale” RPG for PlayStation 4.
In a job listing in Japanese called “New PS4 RPG development begins! Create a world-captivating success,” the studio says development will begin in August or September and will make use of Unreal Engine 4. team seeks to fill vacancies in different disciplines, such as programmers, graphic artists, sound design and others.
“This time, we are pleased to participate in the development of a new RPG for PlayStation 4,” can be read in the job offer (thank you, Gematsu). “This is a large project that uses the Unreal Engine 4. We will welcome you as members of its development. You should be able to show your skills and senses in all their glory. The project will start around September or August.”
It is curious that the ad specifically mentions PlayStation 4 and not Sony’s next-generation console. Previous Dokidoki Groove Works games have been released primarily on mobile and laptop, including Switch and Vita.
We will offer more information as soon as we have it.
