Developer room in Kabuki
To locate it, you must go to the circle-shaped shopping center in Kabuki in Watson. It’s the same mall where you visit the Nethacker vendor during the main story. Once you’ve arrived, visit the back of this mall until you locate a door with an access keypad near the stairs. If you are at the correct door, Johnny will challenge you to open it and you must enter the code 60 51 85 on the keypad to unlock it.

To find this second room you must go to the city center, specifically to Plaza Corpo. In it, locate the Arasaka building, and go to the left of the main doors to find the Arasaka Memorial.
