Xiaomi Poco M3 Vs Poco X3 NFC Vs Xiaomi Poco F2 Pro, comparison: we face the family.
Contents
We compare all the ‘Poco’ mobiles that Xiaomi has presented during this 2020, three models that maintain the company’s mantra: Great value for the price. After the Xiaomi Poco F2 Pro came the Xiaomi Poco X3 NFC; to which the Xiaomi Poco M3 has recently joined. Three phones from the same family and very different from each other.
After a catalog of a single phone, Xiaomi has extended the international line of its ‘Poco’ family to several models for thus complete the most common price ranges. We have the most powerful and expensive of all, the Xiaomi Poco F2 Pro; the most balanced and mid-range, the Xiaomi Poco X3 NFC; and the most recent and adjusted of the family, the Xiaomi Poco M3. How would they match each other when compared? Let’s see.

Three quite different price ranges
Xiaomi is developing a clear strategy with the Poco family: put a prominent mobile up for sale in the most common price segments. In this way, we have the Poco M3 in the line of 250 euros, the Poco X3 bordering on 250 euros and the Poco F2 Pro aiming at the highest range, at 500 euros.
They are not fixed costs since Xiaomi is used to being very aggressive with sales; hence the Poco M3 and Poco X3 NFC are extremely at odds: specific offers can separate the two into just over 50 euros. Given that difference, it will always be more advisable to purchase the Poco X3.

There is no doubt: for those who want the most powerful, and an Android loaded with ‘top’ specifications, the Xiaomi Poco F2 Pro is the safe choice of the family. It has also been subjected to offers, even below 300 euros. You cannot give a greater experience for so ‘little’ (recurring joke, it had to be said).
Do you want battery? The 6,000 mAh of the Xiaomi Poco M3 promises several days of use with a single charge

The most notorious shortcomings are those that end up defining the models. In the Xiaomi Poco M3 the NFC is missedFor example: mobile payments are restricted. The Poco F2 Pro is the one that equips the best hardware, of course, although interesting aspects are missing, such as the FM radio, which its cheaper brothers do have. As well It is the heaviest of the three and the one with the smallest battery.
Camera versatility by range
Neither phone lacks a sensor capable of taking large photos since 48 megapixels are the minimum they offer (Poco M3, 64 megapixels in the case of the Xiaomi Poco X3 NFC and Poco F2 Pro). The results should be more than decent at the medium level, even for a mobile like the M3 (the Poco X3 and Poco F2 Pro left us very good sensations). And as long as the main sensor is used, because Xiaomi has filled in the photographic set with more or less luck in each model.

All three offer macro, although only in the Poco F2 Pro can it really be taken advantage of since close-range photos are taken with the telephoto camera. The rest do not have a telephoto, although the little X3 NFC does have a wide angle. To complete, the three bet on a last sensor dedicated to capturing depth.
The Xiaomi Poco F2 Pro exceeds the average of the family in terms of screen: the best use of the front, AMOLED and without cuts. It also includes a fingerprint reader under the panel
The Xiaomi Poco F2 Pro sets itself apart from the rest when it comes to talking about the front camera. Beyond the megapixels (5 in the case of the M3 and 20 for its brothers), the most powerful mobile of the three takes advantage of motorize your front camera thereby improving the use of the panel. And it is not the only improvement that makes the difference: the Poco F2 Pro is the only one that bets on AMOLED, the rest mounts an IPS LCD panel. Always with Full HD + resolution.

What power do you need?
Since there are three levels of the range within the Poco family, Xiaomi has decided to differentiate with the processor that it mounts in each one. We have a Snapdragon 662 in the Poco M3, a Snapdragon 732G in the Poco X3 NFC and the Snapdragon 865 in the ‘top of tops’, the Xiaomi Poco F2 Pro. The different Qualcomm families clearly show the fate of each phone.
The price is in line with the basic features, although Xiaomi maintains an attractive design for all three models. All three include headphone jack, offer USB C, They bet on fast charging (the Xiaomi Poco X3 NFC wins) and they have a fingerprint reader: on the side for the M3 and X3, under the screen in the case of the Poco F2 Pro.
There are no differences in terms of software: the trio maintains Android 10, offers the MIUI 12 custom layer and presents Poco’s own interface.
