If the complaining party does not notify us that they have filed a legal action seeking a court order to restrain the content provider from engaging in infringing activity relating to the content on SamaGame within 10 business days, we may restore the removed content.
Repeat Infringer Policy
SamaGame maintains a policy of terminating the accounts of repeat infringers. Users who repeatedly post infringing content may have their access to SamaGame terminated.
